What it is

Thirty minutes that fixes a day of standing.

Reflexology is a focused foot treatment: slow, firm thumb and knuckle pressure across the soles, heels, arches and toes, working through the points traditional practice links to the rest of the body. You stay fully clothed — just shoes and socks off.

Who books it

Nurses, teachers, retail and hospitality staff — anyone who spends the day on their feet. Also people who don’t love a full-body massage, and anyone short on time: thirty minutes is enough to feel it.

Pair it with head, neck and shoulders

Our other no-undressing treatment is the head, neck, shoulders and back massage — the screen-fatigue fix for scalp, jaw, neck and upper back. Same prices and lengths as reflexology; book one after the other if you want both.

  • No undressing
  • From 30 minutes
  • Firm, steady pressure — rarely ticklish
  • Good first treatment if you’re new to massage

They were open late, friendly and the environment is incredibly calming. Focused, good pressure. Prices are also incredibly reasonable.

Always friendly and accommodating. I love Thai massages, and the ladies at Jina are brilliant! They take pride in looking after you.

I have had many Thai massages but can say that this was one of the best. I will be back again.

Questions

Reflexology, answered.

Anything else — see all FAQs or WhatsApp us.

Do I need to undress for reflexology?

No. You keep your clothes on — just shoes and socks off.

Is foot reflexology ticklish?

Rarely. The pressure is firm and steady rather than light, which is what stops it tickling. Tell us if it’s too much or too little.

Is reflexology a medical treatment?

No. It’s a relaxing, restorative foot treatment and not a substitute for medical care. If you have a foot injury, an open wound or gout, tell us when you book.

Is 30 minutes of reflexology enough?

For feet alone, yes — most people feel the difference. Book 60 minutes if you want it slow, or add a head, neck and shoulder massage.
